Letting Fees
Mitchell & Partners do not charge any holding deposit to reserve a property. To reserve a property simply complete the provided questionnaire and return to the office and your application will be submitted to the landlord.
Upon move in all dilapidations deposits are submitted to an accredited deposit account and held for the duration of the let.
Fees to Landlords:
Tenant Find Only:
A single fee (paid at the start of the tenancy) of 8%+ Vat of the annual rent
Fully Managed Service:
Initial setup fee = £500+Vat
Monthly Fully Managed fee = 10% + Vat of the rental
Tenancy Renewal fee:
£95 + Vat (£114 total)
